Is the product is not quite what you expected?
Our main priority is that you are completely satisfied with our products and service. But if you still are not completely satisfied with some product, please apply the following steps:
- Report your return by sending an email to email@example.com with the reason for return (this helps to improve our service).
- You will receive a reply authorizing the return and further instrinctions. Do not send any package before receving this authization email.
- Send the package within 14 days after receipt by post of your preference.
- The product that your return has to be complete in the original form and state it was recevied with its original tags, not used and in a shipping box.
- We can not make any refund of damaged products, used or incomplete product for any reason.
- Please note, shipping costs, sale items and gift-certificates are non-refundable.
- Write on your return clearly your order number (beginning with # ...) .
- The shipping costs of return are for the buyer, we cannot cover them.
- After approval, firstname.lastname@example.org will provide a return address.
- Any goods returned must be returned in its original new state, in the condition in which customer received them, not used nor have suffered any damage or without tags.
- The delivery costs are not refundable.
- We are unable to accept returns or offer an exchange or a refund for items that are not returned in exactly the same condition that they were purchased.
- After approving the return of the product the payment of the cost of the product will be refunded within the next 7 working days in the same method of payment it was purchased.
LAW AND JURISDICTION:
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Europe law. Disputes arising in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Europe courts.
The amount will be refunded to your account within a few days after receiving the item in good conditions.
Your product arrived damaged ...
If a shipment arrives with the appearance of transportation damage please notify us immediately within 24 hours when receiving the product.
When an order arrives, please inspect it carefully. If you notice any damage to the boxes please notify us immediately (within 24 hours) at email@example.com for further instructions. We will require original packaging and sometimes digital pictures of the products.
1- A picture of the complete outside of the box, clearly showing the parcel label.
2- A picture of the opened box, clearly showing the content and the interior packing
3- A picture of the complete product.
4- A detailed picture (close-up) of the concrete damage of the article.
5- Wait for our return approval and sending you a transport return label.
6-Return the item, if return approved, a refund will be made within within the next 5 working days.
7. If the product does not comply with the above instructions or return conditions a refund cannot be made.
